Step-Up 3~(24/8)(24/8) (30/8)each leg
Prone Jacknife 3~12/15/12
after ~ 15 min eliptical
I am getting very excited to finish stage one and begin stage two!! I just looked at the book and it looks like stage two is going to be tough!
