Reverse Lunge from box w/forward reach 3~ (10/8)(10/8)(10/8)
Dumbell Prone Cuban Snatch 3~ (10/7)(10/7)(10/6)
Swiss-Ball Crunch/Reverse Crunch 2/2~ (8/8)(8/8)
Lateral Flexion 2~ 8/8
Prone Cobra 1~ 43 ... short on time again.

Step-Up 3~ (10/8)(15/9)(15/8) ... usually I did them on a step but today I did them on a bench, crazy!

Static Lunge, rear foot elevated 2~ (10/8)(10/8)
Pushup 2~ 9/8 ... still doing these on an incline.
Plank 1~ (20) ... short on time.
